Returns

The stock market is always changing. It's not completely managed by us since we have multiple entities, including the factory and our storage. The stock can change at any moment. It's possible that you may not receive your purchase after it's been placed.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since the date you purchased your item and we're unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
